Why 'High Cairn'?

A cairn is a pile of individual stones stacked together, usually marking the summit of a mountain or an important site. The result is an enduring monument to what can be achieved when people collaborate, building something that is more than just the sum of its parts. It's this idea of working together to create something bigger than ourselves that underpins the High Cairn philosophy.
